FAQ

  • Is your kombucha raw / organic / fair trade / vegan / gluten free?

Our kombucha is 100% raw and unfiltered. We do make some other products containing our kombucha that may be different, and you can check the labelling. You can check product pages or the can/bottle for the ingredient lists as well to check for allergies. Many of our ingredients are organic or fair trade, and we try to mark them when applicable but sometimes we don’t for legal reasons, feel free to reach out and check.

  • Does kombucha need to be refrigerated?

Since our kombucha is raw and contains the live cultures, it needs to be refrigerated, especially if marked. We do make some kombucha products that are fully fermented in order to make them shelf stable, and they’ll be marked as such.

  • There's little things in my kombucha, has it gone bad?

Raw, unfiltered kombucha will almost always contain some yeast or cellulose. It is completely safe and a good sign of a real, healthy fermentation. You can always strain our kombucha into a glass, which is how we suggest it anyways!
